Our CEO & founder, Brooke Beismann, created From the Vine Nutrition, to help our members get back to basics and understand how food impacts the way that we feel and live. Although we are a completely online organization, we strive to keep you accountable for your goals and build strong foundations with our new and current members.
Our Registered Dietitians provide you with nutrition recommendations that are backed by science. They will provide you with personalized meal plans and nutrition counseling that will help you learn how to live a healthier, happier, and nourished life.
Hi and welcome to From the Vine Nutrition. My name is Brooke Beismann, I am the CEO, founder, and a Licensed and Registered Dietitian. I created this company to teach our members how they can form healthy relationships with food, mindfully eat, and meet their health goals: whether it is weight loss, forming new habits, etc.
Seeing clients personally grow through either small or big goals reinforces my love for educating our members about proper nourishment for their bodies. Goals are different for each member, I’m here to help you remain accountable, be successful, and sustain your new habits for long-term results.

Received Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition-Dietetics from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Health Advancement and Promotion from Fontbonne University.
